There will be no Oklahoma representation when the NCAA Women's Golf Championships begin later this month as OU, Tulsa and ORU finished out of the running at Saturday's West Regional.
The top eight teams from the regional advance to the NCAA Championship, which begins May 18th.
Oklahoma was the state's best finisher, placing 11th at 53-over par, 51 strokes behind the leader, top-ranked Southern California. It was an opening round 28-over that did the Sooners in.
Tulsa finished 18th at 76-over and Oral Roberts was 21st at 89-over.
Brooke Collins led the OU charge, finishing tied for 25th at 10-over. She moved up 35 spots on Saturday thanks to a final round 1-under 71. She was one of only six golfers to finish under par in Saturday's final round.
ORU's Crystal Reeves finished tied for 37th at 12-over.
Tulsa's top finisher was Sarah Elliot, who tied for 58th at 17-over 233.
Joining USC in advancing to the NCAA Championships are Tennessee, Virginia, UC Davis, Arizona, South Carolina, Washington and Texas A&M.
