SALEM, VA. (AP) -- Roanoke College is building a new residence hall.
The 65,000-square-foot residence hall is being built on the site of a parking lot near Kerr Stadium. Another parking lot is being built to replace the one being lost to construction.
The residence hall will have more than 200 beds on four floors and provide a choice of three living arrangements.
The $13 million project is expected to be completed by fall 2012. Branch & Associates Inc. of Roanoke is the general contractor for the project.
