Lynchburg, VA - The city of Lynchburg is one step closer to getting $100,000 for a dog park.

The Hill City has been selected as one of 15 finalists in the PetSafe, Bark for Your Park contest.

City officials and Friends of the Lynchburg Dog Park created a two-minute video last month, called "Every Dogs Dream."

It helped Lynchburg earn a spot as a finalist.
