Buffalo Chicken Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 Lb Chicken Breast Meat - diced
  • ½ Cup Blue Cheese - crumbled
  • ¼ Cup Celery - chopped
  • ¼ Cup Red Onion - diced
  • 8 Oz Hot Banana Peppers - chopped
  • ½ Cup Cilantro - chopped
  • 1 Tsp Black Pepper
  • ¾ Cup Ranch Dressing
  • ¼ Cup Blue Cheese Dressing
  • ¼ Cup Frank's Red Hot sauce

Directions:

1.  Combine all ingredients in a large bowl or container.

2.  Allow salad to get to know itself for at least 1 hour before serving - more if possible.
