Roasted Red Pepper White Bean Dip

Roasted Red Pepper White Bean Dip

  • 2 15 oz Cans White Beans - drained and rinsed
  • 2 Roasted Red Peppers - patted dry
  • 3 Cloves Garlic - crushed
  • 1/3 Cup Olive Oil
  • 1 ½ Lemons - juiced
  • 1 Teaspoon Cumin
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste


1.  Place all ingredients except salt and pepper in food processor and process until smooth, or to your desired consistency.

2.  Taste and add salt and pepper to your desired levels.
