Roanoke, VA - The attorneys representing the estate of Jennifer Agee have filed a wrongful death lawsuit against Jonathan Agee and Franklin County Sheriff Ewell Hunt.

The attorneys are seeking more than $20 million.

Jonathan Agee, a former Franklin County Sheriff's Deputy, has been charged with murder in the death of his ex-wife on Memorial Day.

He was then accused of shooting a state trooper on Interstate 81.
