The Tulsa Oilers looked good early in its home opener against Wichita. Tulsa had a 2-0 lead after the first period, and a 2-1 lead heading into the third.
That's when the wheels fell off.
The Thunder rallied for five goals in the final frame, spoiling the Oilers season-opener at home 6-2.
It was no small feat by Tulsa Goalie Ian Keserich to hold Wichita to just six goals - he faced a whopping 50 shots. In comparison, Tulsa was only able to fire off 16 shots.
The Oilers look to get their first win of the season at the BOK Center Saturday night, when they host Texas.
