A basketball team in Germany says it is in "serious negotiations" to sign Oklahoma City forward Kevin Durant while the NBA's lockout lags on.
BBC Bayreuth is one of at least three clubs that are seeking the services of Durant, the two-time NBA scoring leader.
Yahoo! Sports' Marc Spears says Durant told him he's on the fence about playing basketball overseas, but that "I'm about to jump over." Durant told Spears he could sign as early as this week if the latest deal to end the lockout fails.
Durant helped lead the Thunder to the Western Conference Finals in 2011, averaging 27.7 points and 6.8 rebounds per game.
