1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Brush a baking sheet or dish with Sesame oil.
3. Place Tilapia on baking sheet and brush with Sesame oil.
4. Sprinkle with salt and Asian Spice Rub.
5. Bake for approximately 8 to 12 minutes depending on size of Tilapia fillets.
