Lynchburg - Virginia Tech-bound Marshall Wood and the Rustburg boys battled the Hilltoppers of E.C. Glass Thursday night in high school basketball in Lynchburg.  

Senior Najee Culver for Glass drives and hits the circus shot in the lane first half, Culver poured in a game-high 30 points.

On the other end, how 'bout Marcus Patrick hitting the tough shot in the paint for the Red Devils, he had 17.

Culver scores in heavy traffic late in the half to give Glass a seven-point lead at intermission.

But Rustburg outscored the Hilltoppers 45-27 the second half, Wood led the Devils with 21.
