Blacksburg - Some tough news for Virginia Tech football less than two weeks away from its Sugar Bowl matchup with Michigan.
Starting placekicker Cody Journell has been suspended indefinitely from the team after being charged Wednesday night with breaking and entering after an alleged home invasion.
Police say the 20-year-old Journell, along with 23-year-old Matt Dunton, a former Brookville basketball player, and 21-year-old Matt Brady, were arrested after a fight at a house near downtown Blacksburg.
