If you still haven't made any plans for New Year's Eve, there's plenty to choose from.
Here are just a few of the events going on Saturday night.
For more of a wild and fast-paced night, Phase 2 in Lynchburg is where you'll want to be. Rock band Out of Spite will take the stage and K92's Kidd Carter will also be taking your favorite dance tunes by request.
You can also dance the night away in a classy setting at Hotel Roanoke's New Year's Eve Gala. "The Kings" have been a part of this event since it started.
They play everything from beach music to oldies. The gala also includes a buffet dinner.
And if a quieter night is what you're looking for, the Renaissance Theater is a perfect pick. See a special showing of comedy Completely Hollywood.
Doors open at 9:00 p.m. and admission not only gets you into the play, heavy hors d'oeuvres and a champagne toast at midnight are also included.
