Blood Drive at the MallLynchburg, VA – ABC 13's "Resolve to Save a Life Blood Drive" started Wednesday at noon on Wednesday in Lynchburg.
Many residents have been lining up at the River Ridge Mall to donate blood and help save lives.
"There's always a need, 365 days a year. Blood doesn't take a vacation. No one knows when they'll need it whether it's a scheduled surgery, unscheduled surgery or illness," said Bill Johnson, from the American Red Cross.
The blood drive will be at the River Ridge Mall until 7 p.m. You can also give at the Main Street United Methodist Church in Bedford until 7 p.m.
