LU Announces New Professional Theatre Company

Lynchburg, VA- Liberty University's Arts Theater Department is creating a professional theatre company.

The stage company Alluvion will have about 16 to 20 performances this year.

The stage company will be in the Tower Theater, and LU officials say professional artists will guest star in the productions.

They say audiences should expect nothing less than a Broadway quality production.

The first show will be Peter Pan, and its opening night is April 13.
