Officials Looking for Driver Who Hit Pedestrian in Danville

Danville, VA – Police are investigating an accident where a pedestrian was hit last week.

Police are looking for a dark colored mini-van or SUV that ran over the 21-year-old man who was first hit by another car while crossing Kemper Road.

The SUV ran over the man while he was on the road, and stopped briefly but later left when police got there.

The victim remains at Duke University in the Intensive Care Unit but is improving.
