Lynchburg, VA - Thursday the public in Lynchburg got a sneak peek at items up for auction from the Kluge Estate.

TRF Auctions displayed hundreds of items at the Plaza shopping center.

Patricia Kluge and her husband filed for bankruptcy last year after banks foreclosed on their winery and other property in Charlottesville.

Saturday's auction will feature many different estates but this one is special.

"We have approximately 400 lots, it's several bankruptcy cases, but Patricia Kluge's is the prominent one," said Micah Torrence, auctioneer and marketing director TRF Auctions.

The preview goes until 7 p.m. Thursday.
