Rockbridge Co., VA - State police say the northbound lanes of Interstate 81 near Lexington have reopened, 13 hours after a fatal accident.
State Police say at about 6:30 p.m. Monday, two tractor trailers collided and burst into flames around mile marker 196.
Police have confirmed that one person has died, but no word whether it was a driver of one of the trucks or maybe a passenger.
