Lynchburg, VA - Nine men, including one from Lynchburg, have been indicted on child pornography charges.
A grand jury has indicted 47-year-old Jesse Coleman of Lynchburg, along with 8 others, on charges of conspiring to receive, distribute, possess and access child porn.
Coleman is also charged with one count of receiving and accessing child porn. He and three of the others were arrested Wednesday afternoon.
Each defendant faces 20 years in prison and a $250,000 fine on the conspiracy count.
In addition, Coleman faces another 40 years and $500,000 in fines on the distribution and access counts.
