Lynchburg ,VA - A nasty virus is going around our right now. The Lynchburg Health Department says norovirus is all over the place.
Symptoms include diarrhea and vomiting.
It's spread from person to person through contaminated food and water or by touching a contaminated surface.
The health department said the best way to protect yourself is a really good hand washing.
