Martinsville, VA - A familiar face in Hollywood was at the Martinsville Speedway Thursday.
Actor Gary Sinise made an appearance alongside local solider JB Kerns, who is a triple amputee.
Kerns was injured about a year ago when an IED exploded in Afghanistan.
Sinise is announcing a concert by his "Lt. Dan Band" in Martinsville during the Goody's Fast Relief 500 weekend. It will be a fundraiser for the construction of a new house for Kerns.
