Lynchburg, VA – Police are looking for a man they say robbed a woman's pocketbook Thursday.
Officials from the Lynchburg Police Departments say a woman was getting inside her car in a parking lot on Greenfield Drive when a man came from behind, pushed her in the car and then ripped her pocketbook. The man then fled on foot.
The victim wasn't injured.
Police described the robber as 6'2", slim build and wearing dark clothing. Police are continuing to investigate.
