Chatham, VA - A not guilty verdict came out Thursday for the Danville man charged with first degree murder. Jerry Gwynn, 33, was charged with killing Johnny Calloway back in August.

However, the jury did find him guilty on four other charges including attempted robbery, principal in the second degree for burglary and in using a firearm as well as possession of a firearm by a violent felon.

Last August, police found Calloway and another man shot dead in Calloway's Pittsylvania County home. The jury sentenced Wynn to 17 years behind bars.
