Members Can File for Refund From Closed Gym

Lynchburg, VA – Ladies First Fitness gym in Lynchburg is closed, and people who think they should get a refund have until April to file a claim.

Officials from the Virginia Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services say the Waterlick Road facility closed back on December 31, 2011.

Members of the spa have until April 15, 2012 to file a claim with VDACS's office.

Ladies First Fitness did not have an alternate facility, and all of its contracts have been canceled.

Members must establish eligibility for a refund by submitting a copy of their contract, proof of payment and a completed Health Spa Refund Request form.
