Lynchburg, VA - One area pool player will claim the title of winner of this year's Cavalier Cup on Sunday.
The tournament is actually a fundraiser that Lynchburg's Cavalier Store has hosted for 21 years.
They've raised up to $7,000 in the past, and this year all the money will go to the Lynchburg Humane Society.
There will also be drink specials and 50 pounds of spiced shrimp on the house. Organizers say are expecting a packed house for Sunday's event.
"An entire family can come to watch, friends get together in groups. They pick who they want to root for. Everybody has their own cheering section," said Wells Duffy, the owner.
The Cavalier Cup tournament kicks off at 2 p.m. at the Cavalier on Rivermont Ave.
