Lynchburg, VA - One person went to the hospital Monday morning after a crash on Oakley Avenue in Lynchburg.
It happened at the corner of Memorial Avenue.
Police say a car pulled out from the gas station and another car slammed into it.
EMS crews took the driver of the first car to the hospital for minor injuries.
He has been charged with failure to yield.
