Lynchburg, VA - A Lynchburg man who sexually assaulted a teenage girl he met online won't get any jail time.
Thursday an Appomattox judge sentenced Stanislav Medvedenko to five years for a forcible sodemy charged but suspended all of that time.
For a contributing to the delinquency of a minor charge, the judge suspended a 12-month sentence.
Prosecutors say Medvedenko met up with the 16-year-old for about five months before the incident happened.
He will be on three-year probation and have to register as a sex offender.
