Roanoke, VA - A Botetourt County High School teacher accused of assaulting a student was back in the classroom Friday.
That just a day after a misdemeanor charge against Victor Terry was officially dropped.
Terry was charged with assault and battery after a November incident where he grabbed a student's shirt.
Earlier this week, a special prosecutor from Roanoke decided there was not enough evidence to pursue the case.
Terry had been convicted but appealed, setting up the new trial.
