If the roads are bad Monday, some school systems don't even have to worry about using a snow day.

These are ones that are off because of President's Day:

Lynchburg, Roanoke, and Danville, and Appomattox, Halifax, Pittsylvania and Montgomery Counties.

A little bit of a different scenario in Franklin County. Officials there decided to go ahead and use a snow day on Monday since they normally would have used two or three by now.
