WSET.com - ABC13UPDATE: Two Students Injured in Lynchburg School Bus Accident

Lynchburg, VA - Police say two high school students received minor injuries in a school bus accident Wednesday morning in Lynchburg.

Officers responded to the crash just before 7 a.m. on Holcomb Path Road.  We're told the school bus collided with a garbage truck.  About a dozen Heritage High School students were on board. 

Police say when the bus and garbage truck approached each other on the narrow road, the bus crossed over the center line.  The bus driver has been charged with failure to maintain control.
