WSET.com - ABC13Michael Motley Sr. to Spend 14 Years Behind Bars

Danville, VA -- A Danville man will spend 14 years behind bars for killing his 10-week-old son. 

Michael Motley Sr. pleaded guilty Tuesday to first-degree murder and entered an Alford plea. 

This means he admits there is enough evidence to convict him, although he won't admit guilt. 

Two years ago, crews responded to a home on Wendell Scott Drive and found Michael Motley, Jr. not breathing. The baby died three days later.
