Newly-added Lazar Hayward scored 26 points to help lead the Tulsa 66ers to a 109-100 win over the Rio Grande Valley Vipers Saturday night at the Tulsa Convention Center.
The win snapped a four-game losing skid for the 66ers, who had also lost nine of its last ten games.
Hayward, who was just assigned to the 66ers from the NBA's Oklahoma City Thunder, was 10-of-18 from the field and also had seven rebounds before fouling out with 1:54 remaining.
Hayward is working his way back to the Thunder after suffering an eye injury last month. In two games in Tulsa, Hayward is averaging 28 points and seven rebounds. He scored 30 in Friday night's loss to the Vipers.
Also in double figures for the Thunder were Delroy James with 17, Marcus Lewis with 15, Robert Vaden and Jerome Dyson each with 13 and Brady Morningstar with 11.
Lewis also led the team with 16 rebounds.
