Alana Arias made the All-State Tournament Team and was named First Team All Blue Ridge Conference.
The 6'2" senior forward averaged 13.7 points; 10.9 rebounds; 2.8 assists; and 2.3 blocks per game.
She recorded 16 double-doubles and had 32 points, 11 rebounds, and 5 blocks in L.C.A.'s state quarterfinal win over Norfolk Academy, and recorded 26 points/12 rebounds/3 blocks in the Blue Ridge Conference semifinal win over Carlisle.
For the season, she shot 58% from the floor and 71% from the foul line.
Bulldogs coach Tom Brown says, "Alana's production helped lead LCA to its first Blue Ridge Conference championship in 11 years, a run to the state championship game, and a 23-5 record."
