Virginia Pitcher Whit Mayberry Out for the Season - WSET.com - ABC13

CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. - Whit Mayberry (Alexandria, Va.), a junior right-handed pitcher on the Virginia baseball team, will miss the remainder of the 2012 season because of an injury. Mayberry had Tommy John surgery to repair a torn UCL in his right elbow on Tuesday morning.

Mayberry went 2-0 with a 3.67 earned run average in five starts this season.
