Police Arrest Man for Having Sex With Minor - WSET.com - ABC13

Buckingham Co., VA - A Buckingham County man is under arrest and charged with having sex with a minor.

The Buckingham Sheriff's Office says they investigated a complaint of a sexual encounter between a man and a girl under the age of 13.

They arrested James Perkins, 26, and charged him with three felonies, including aggravated sexual battery.

Perkins is being held without bond at the Albemarle Charlottesville Regional Jail.
