Danville, VA- The Easter Bunny and children of all ages enjoyed hunting for eggs at the Danville YMCA.
It was a beautiful, but chilly morning, but no one cared about the temperatures, they were too busy having fun running around.
Tons of volunteers also came out and participated in the hunt, and helped with inside activities such as story time and a puppet show.
Wal-Mart donated the eggs and candy to the Danville Family YMCA and the staff made sure that no chocolate or peanut butter filling was in the eggs to prevent allergic reactions.
"Today we are bringing back to the community, we have 4,000 eggs to be found, they are stuffed with goodies, we thought it would be something nice for Easter" said Lindsey Johnson, Child Care Leader at the Y.
Some of the eggs were even filled with special prizes, like a FREE week of Sports Camp at the Y!
