Roanoke, VA - Roanoke police are investigating a shooting that ended at Roanoke Memorial Hospital. A police spokeswoman confirms that one person did show up at the hospital with at least one gunshot wound, Sunday morning. One witness tells ABC 13 that they saw a significant police presence and blood in the main lobby and elevator area around 4:20 a.m.
