Montgomery Co., VA-A Montgomery County man has been convicted of numerous felony child abuse charges against his 2-month-old twins.
John Paul Clark was convicted of two counts each of felony child abuse and neglect and malicious wounding Monday.
The Montgomery County Commonwealth's Attorney's office says Clark entered an Alford plea in court.
Officials say Clark was scheduled for trial before the plea.
Medical officials were going to testify that the little girl and boy had numerous fractures-- including more than 20 rib fractures.
Clark will be sentenced on July 2.
He faces up to 50 years in prison.
