Danville, VA - A trial date has been set for the man who was arrested while working as the Easter Bunny in Danville.

Joshua Lee Bolling, 24, was arrested for narcotics possession April 6 while working as the costumed bunny in the Piedmont Mall.

Police say they received about his suspicious behavior during his breaks.

Bolling's trial is set for May 30. He could face up to a year in jail and a $2,500 fine.
