Tightsqueeze, VA – Officials say an elderly man ran his car into a Golden Skillet restaurant south of Chatham Friday afternoon.
Officials say the 73-year-old diabetic hit gas instead of brake, lost control and ran his car into the building.
He was treated at the scene, and officials say the restaurant has substantial damage.
