Chapel Hill, NC - Liberty scored twice in the ninth, including a solo homer by Trey Wimmer, and the Flames won at number 6 in the nation North Carolina Wednesday night 5-3.
Tyler Cox homered and drove in two runs. Cox, Andy Smith and Zack Haley all had two hits, Haley doubled twice and scored two runs for the Flames who improve to 31-and-10 on the season. Liberty plays a three-game series at Asheville this weekend.
