Pastor Arrested for Sexually Abusing Child - WSET.com - ABC13

Salem, VA – Police have charged a Covington pastor with sexually abusing a child.

James Menefee, 46, was arrested April 9 and charged with one count of indecent liberties with a child under the age of 15.

Virginia State Police officials took Menefee to Alleghany County Regional Jail and was later released on bond.

Officials are investigating.
