Nelson Co., VA - Charges have been certified against a man accused of killing a Nelson County woman last year.
Francis Quiros, 39, is charged with first-degree-murder for the death of Amy Holden. And now, those charges have been certified to the grand jury.
Back in December, Holden was found dead in her home on Ball Mountain Lane in Elma.
The Sheriff's Office says Quiros lived in the same house.
Quiros will be back in court on May 22.
