Campbell Co., VA - A former Bedford County sheriff's investigator was convicted on two charges Thursday after driving drunk in a patrol car and leading officers on a chase.
Joshua Hubbard pleaded guilty to DWI first offense Thursday morning, and was found guilty of eluding police. Back in March of last year, Hubbard was driving drunk on Route 29 in Campbell County south in the northbound lane. Officers finally arrested him in Altavista.
Hubbard faces up to six years plus fines for both charges. A sentencing date hasn't yet been set.
