From LC athletics:

LYNCHBURG, VA – For the first time since 2010 and the second time since 2005, the first-seeded Lynchburg College baseball team is heading to the Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) Tournament Championship.

Lynchburg defeated fourth-seeded Randolph-Macon College 2-1 in a close contest on Saturday afternoon after a four-hour rain delay and set a program record for most wins in a season with 33. LC plays in the ODAC Championship on Sunday at 1 p.m.

Lynchburg (33-8) is seeking its eighth ODAC title and first since 1990. The Hornets will play the winner of game nine for the ODAC Championship on Sunday at 1 p.m. weather permitting at Lynchburg City Stadium. LC can win the title outright in the first game on Sunday, though with double-elimination, a second game could be played if necessary to determine the ODAC Champion.
