Roanoke Co., VA - Crews have restored power in Roanoke County Tuesday evening after Appalachian Customers lost power for a couple of hours.

Roanoke Co., VA – There is a power outage in Roanoke County Tuesday afternoon.
According to numbers on the company's website, 1,730 customers are without power. That's 3.9% of the total Appalachian Power customers in Roanoke County.
Todd Burns with App Power, a tree fell on a line in southwest Roanoke County at around 2 p.m.. He says power should be back at 5 p.m.
