LYNCHBURG - Buck Brittain trailed by two shots going into the final round at the Fox Puss Invitational but shot a 3-under 68 to win the title by one shot over Garland Green.
Second-day leader Jerry Burton was 5-under for the tourney and up two heading to 12, but played the final seven holes 3-over to finish third.
