Two Charged for Roanoke Standoff in Washington Park - WSET.com - ABC13

Roanoke, VA – A man who police say is responsible for a three-hour standoff last week in Washington Park has been charged.

Officials say Jullian Martinez, 22, was charged with possession of a firearm after he refused to hand over his weapon when he was confronted by police.

The driver taken into custody is Kyle Allen Catron, 31. He's been charged with eluding police and possession of a firearm.
