Montgomery Co., VA - The former president and CEO of the Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce has been found guilty of stealing from the organization
In a retrial, a jury found Shane Adams, 47, guilty on three counts of embezzlement. He was found not guilty on four other counts.
Last year a jury couldn't reach a verdict on these charges.
Investigators say Adams took money from the chamber's tourism fund.
They started looking into this case in June 2009.
