Lynchburg - E.C. Glass sprinter Harrison Scharf has been named VHSL Boys Double-A Athlete of the Year. The senior won two state indoor titles over the winter, winning the 55-meter dash and he was the anchor leg in the Hilltoppers 800-meter relay.
