Spout Spring, VA - An accident Thursday afternoon in Spout Spring sent one person to the hospital.
Police say it happened on Route 460 around 1:30 p.m.
They say the driver lost control and flipped over on its side leaving the driver with minor injuries. He was charged with failure to maintain control of his car.
